Rotary District Seminar

Saturday we attended the Rotary District 4170 Seminar. The 4170 district, like my sponsor district 7690 in Greensboro, North Carolina, is part of the Future Vision Pilot Program, so we heard a bit about changes to Rotary, as well as an overview of District 4170,  Zone 21A updates, about the ongoing Polio Plus project and more. I also found out that my sponsor district (7690) will be partnering with my host district (4170) in a clean water project. We (the four scholars) each had 5 minutes to introduce ourselves to the group and we received various invitations to visit clubs.
